3. Service Description

gooddriver.im provides AI-powered analysis of crowdsourced third-party dashcam footage to generate safety scores, trend information, and informational risk insights. The Service matches relevant events to your vehicle records and provides reports that can support your own recordkeeping, dispute preparation, and consent-based insurance referrals.

4. Insurance Referral Boundary

gooddriver.im is not an insurance company and does not issue insurance policies inside the Service. PanoWay Inc. dba PanoWay Insurance Services(CA License #6019141; NPN 22196247). Any referral to a licensed insurance professional is initiated only after your explicit request and required contact consent. Final quotes, coverage recommendations, and underwriting decisions come from the licensed insurance professional or carrier.

GoodDriver provides informational driving insights and does not determine insurance eligibility, underwriting, or pricing.

Do not rely on GoodDriver insights as a guarantee of savings, insurability, pricing, or coverage.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Disclaimers
